AMXPO 2026 invites you to aim and set the stage for business between exhibitors and prospective buyers from all over the world.
This program will provide buyers with impressive opportunities for their successful business with exhibitors.

1. Who Qualifies
● Applicants with purchasing power or authority to source automation, smart factory, robotics, materials & components, and energy technologies related products and solutions.
● To qualify, a Hosted Buyer should stay at the first 2 days of the event (21-22, October) and hold a minimum of 6 verified meetings with AMXPO 2026 exhibitors.
※ The purpose of the visit is strictly limited to 'purchase discussion'. Any promotional activity for your product is NOT allowed.
2. Benefits
● Accommodation for maximum 3 Nights at the designated hotel including breakfast.
● Economy class airfare within following limits for each region (50% of the actual purchased airfare amount will be paid)

● Personalised, pre-arranged meetings with suitable exhibitors.
● Buyer badge and privileged access to the Buyer lounge.

3. How to Apply?
Please complete the forms on the following pages and return the copies to the Organizer.

⑤ Applicant’s company website
⑥ Copy of Passport
● Application Deadline: 11 September 2026
4. After the application
- All the applications will be reviewed by the AMXPO Screening Committee, and qualified applicants will be informed of their acceptance of the program.
- Once the applications be selected, qualified applicants will recieved Terms & Conditions letter including detailed benefits and Reimbursement.
